AERO AMATEUR RADIO CLUB    

Taking advantage of this servers statistical chart will give an idea how many hits the club receives on the Home page.  It is updated automatically each day.   The previous month is overlayed to compare site hits for this month.  HTML META tags are used such as "field day", aero club", VE Tesing" and many more for people making a web search on any search engine.  Each photo using alternate text also acts as META tag letting anyone find our club site easily.
The small counter on the HOME page shows HTTP hits on the HOME PAGE only, with most searchers eventually going to the home page from a search response.

This server has the following features.  Notice that Frontpage extensions are turned off at this time since we are presently using their "Image Cafe" (WYSIWYG) making it easier to add and update from any computer, anywhere.  The UNIX platform is used since it is more stable and reliable compared to Windows.  There are continuous backup features stored on a separate server and in the event of a crash, it can be rolled back to a previous day.  Files can be added and altered through the "File Manager" when necessary such as inserting JavaScript etc.  Notice we haven't even scratched the surface yet as to the 50 GB allotted on total Disk Space.  Web Data Transfer is the amount of data downloaded such as photos, videos etc out of an allotted 400 GB.
