W3HEM HISTORICAL ELECTRONICS MUSEUM
Located not far from Baltimore, Md. in Linthicum is one of the best Historical Electronics Museum in America.  There are many displays with actual vintage radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, radar equipment and much more including some modern equipment used in the Amateur Radio station.  The Museum is open from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays.  There is no admission charge with plenty of parking.  Take a look at their web site for more information: HEMARC

The museum will be on the air December 5-6, 2009 using the call W2W more than likely using CW on the 40 and 20 meter bands..  Anyone working the station can receive a nicely made certificate.  If you wish to receive an unfolded certificate, please send a 9x12 inch SASE with your QSL card and two first class stamps.  Their mailing address is: HEMARC, PO Box 1693 MS 4015, Baltimore, MD 21203.

Below are a few enlargeable thumb nail photos with alternate text taken at the Museum during the 2008 Pearl Harbor event.
